<h2>Continuous high capacity, efficient drum cooler for solidifying viscous products</h2>
<p>The BBA Innova CCC 110/140/180 range of high output drum coolers are specifically designed for the most efficient solidification of hot melt masses with the largest throughput.</p>
<p>Despite their high capacity, the CCC range is notable for its compact size making it ideal for any size of production environment. Like all the CCC range from BBA Innova, these machines take the hot product and roll it into a thin film, which solidifies against a cooled drum, and the resultant solid is then fed to a crusher.</p>
<p>All-stainless steel construction has been designed to allow easy access and rapid cleaning, meaning the CCC unit minimises downtime between product changeover.</p>
<p>With a throughput capability ranging from 1,200kg to 2,200kg per hour, the CCC high capacity drum coolers are optimised for increasing the efficiency of your high volume production line.</p>

<h2>Drum cooler for laboratory and small batch hot melt processes</h2>
<p>The BBA Innova CCC drum cooler is designed for continuous cooling, solidifying and flaking of viscous materials in small batch production or lab situations.</p>
<p>Hot melt is rolled out into a thin film which is then pressed up against the surface of a cooled drum where it solidifies. An integrated flaker unit reduces the solid sheet into uniform flakes.</p>
<p>All stainless steel construction and ease of access makes for simple and quick cleaning meaning minimal downtime between product changes.</p>
<p>Portable unit comes in a range of capacities from 20 to 50kg per hour. All only require single phase 110V-250V AC supply at 10A for simple setup.</p>

<p>The BBA Innova CCC95 drum cooler is a highly efficient drum cooler designed for continuous operation and is available in 450kg per hour and 750kg per hour throughput variants depending on your requirements.</p>
<p>The innovative design has enabled a small footprint machine with excellent efficiency that is flexible enough to fit almost anywhere.</p>
