The NEXOPART EML series consists of vibratory test sieve shakers designed for accurate particle size analysis across a wide range of materials. The machines are available for dry sieving and wet sieving applications and support sieve diameters from 200 mm up to 450 mm.
The EML 200 is designed for laboratory applications with sample weights up to 3 kg, while the EML 315 and EML 450 accommodate larger samples and larger sieve diameters. Wet sieving versions feature integrated spray systems that help separate cohesive materials and improve particle recovery. The Premium models allow precise adjustment of vibration amplitudes and intervals, ensuring repeatable analyses across different products and test methods. The EML 450 is suitable for larger samples and can handle sample quantities up to 15 kg.
A unique feature of the EML series is the optional NEXOPART TwinNut quick-release clamping system. This market-leading solution allows test sieves to be exchanged within seconds and makes it easy to adjust the sieve tower height when using different numbers of sieves. Instead of repeatedly screwing and unscrewing conventional clamping nuts, the TwinNut opens with a small twist and can be repositioned instantly along the guide rods. This combines secure clamping with exceptional flexibility and significantly reduces setup times for laboratories that regularly switch between products or test methods.
The TwinNut system combines the advantages of traditional clamping systems with the convenience of a quick-release mechanism. It is resistant to dust and grease, uses ergonomic wing handles for easy operation, and is compatible with all NEXOPART test sieve shakers from the EML 200 Premium up to the UWL 400.
