Measure thousands of particles per second

The NEXOPART CPA 2-1 uses Dynamic Image Analysis (DIA) technology to measure both particle size and particle shape in dry, free-flowing bulk materials. As particles pass through the measuring zone, a high-speed line scan camera captures individual images while LED backlighting creates clear particle contours.

The system automatically analyzes and classifies every particle, generating detailed information on size distribution, shape factors, and morphology. Up to 10,000 particles per second can be measured, providing statistically reliable results within minutes.

The CPA 2-1 is suitable for fertilizers, abrasives, sand, food products, pharmaceuticals, plastics, seeds, ceramics, glass, and many other particulate materials.
