The NEXOPART e200 LS is an air jet sieve machine designed for the separation and analysis of fine and very fine powders. The system combines a rotating slotted nozzle with an external vacuum source to create a high-velocity airflow through the sieve mesh.

This airflow disperses agglomerated particles and continuously clears the sieve surface, enabling reliable analysis of materials that are difficult to evaluate with traditional sieve shakers. The system is widely used for cement, minerals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pigments, toner powders, detergents, and food ingredients.

Integrated software supports automatic sieve recognition, digital reporting, and regulatory-compliant data management. The system analyzes particles from approximately 10 μm up to 4 mm and delivers highly reproducible results.
