The NEXOPART USC series uses ultrasonic cleaning technology to remove fine particles from test sieves without damaging the mesh. High-frequency sound waves generate microscopic cavitation bubbles that loosen particles from the sieve openings and frame surfaces.
Compared with manual cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning improves consistency, reduces cleaning time, and helps maintain measurement accuracy over longer periods. Models are available for individual sieves as well as multiple sieves cleaned simultaneously.
The USC systems are suitable for laboratories handling powders, chemicals, minerals, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, and other fine particulate materials.
